My friend Sidney

During the past two days Makenna has had fun playing with her friend Sidney.

Hunting for Bugs

For Easter Aunt Jenna gave Makenna a bug net and bug house. So it was off to the woods to find some bugs. We didn't have much luck with the bugs, but Makenna had a great time searching high and low for them. Thanks Aunt Jenna!

Easter egg hunt

Makenna had her first Easter egg hunt with her cousins Krue and Redick. They all did a great job finding the easter eggs and really enjoyed the treats inside. Makenna can't wait until next year when her baby counsins get to join in on the Easter egg hunt also. Happy Easter everyone!

Fun at the Barn

While home in Michigan Michele brought Makenna to meet her horse Regan. While at the barn Makenna had a blast feeding treats to all the horses. As for the chickens, they may be Makenna's new favorite barn animal. She had a great time chasing them around.

Meet my new Cousin Sawyer

Makennna met her cousin Sawyer for the first time this past week and she LOVED her cousin. Makenna couldn't get enough kisses to her cousin and playing with her.

Big Girl Bed

Makenna officially became a "big girl" this week. We took the crib side off the bed and put on the big girl side. She has been sleeping great, but most important of all, she has not yet fallen out of her bed.

Toga Party

So Mom wrapped the rest of the toilet paper around her, but Makenna had the idea to add the beads.

Horses, horses, horses

What a great time Makenna had playing with her horses in the water from the sump pump.

First Days of Spring

It must be the first days of Spring.. Makenna is loving spending the afternoons outside. From the look of the dirt and food all over her face in the picture on the swing I would say it was a pretty good day.

A New Wicker in the Family

Grandpa Semlow used to prefer "wicking" his ears as opposed to "cleaning" his ears. Well Makenna must truly have a piece of Grandpa in her, as the other night she too became a wicker all on her own.
